Pack your bags ….it’s vacation time!

With the approaching of summer, our thoughts turn to our holiday plans.  We make lists for all we need to remember to take along but how many of us remember our contour pillows?  Don’t laugh. You cuddle your pillow close to your face every night, probably for six, eight, or more hours. It knows the shape of your head and just how you like to lie.A recent Carpenter Co. Sleep Better™ Survey revealed that approximately 41% of Americans travel with their pillow - 50% women, 31% men. It makes you feel more at home in that strange bed in that strange room. Lock the door, pull the drapes to shut out unwanted light, and snuggle down in bed with your head buried in your very own pillow.

Having your pillow along has other benefits. On a long road trip or plane ride, your pillow makes an ideal place to lean your head for a short nap. If you’re the driver, pull over at a rest stop and, again, you have your pillow to catch a few winks on. The same is possible if you have a long lay-over in an airport.

It just makes sense. It’s like taking a little bit of home with you.

Health professionals readily agree that a contour pillow is the best for our bodies at night.  The traditional pillow composed of down or feathers will flatten or become lumpy while sleeping on it, thus not keeping the spine aligned.  The best way to keep the neck and head supported - buy a Snore-No-More Contour Pillow!

NASA Comes to Home to You!

With man’s quest to explore our great universe, the space program became significant in the United States.   Research into easing the effects of periods of acceleration and deceleration for astronauts in flight began an inquiry into memory foam.  The result:  a better night’s rest for you and me!

Memory foam essentially is an insulting material that reacts to changes in temperature.  Where there is an increase in temperature, the foam will realign to provide a cushion by softening at the point where the body increases the temperature of the foam.

An inexpensive way to determine if memory foam is a good solution to sleeping problems is to invest in a set of memory foam pillows.
