Are you aware of the war going on in your bedroom? It’s the war between the microscopic mites and your bed! Despite our best efforts at cleanliness, these tiny dust mites (50 of them can fit on the head of a pin!) live on the skin cells we shed.
How can we win this war against an enemy we can’t even see? We’ll look at some front-line strategies for pillows.

Dust mites can be temporarily eliminated by washing pillows.
-
Purchasing hypo-allergenic products or those containing anti-allergen features will be great advise to people with allergies.
-
Encasing pillows will also be important as mites can quickly re-infest.
Have fun in the war against dust mites!
