Fact: A third of our lives are spent sleeping!

Author: sleepeasy

We all do it…drive to work, sleep in bed, sit at a desk, and the list goes on.  While all these activites occur daily, many of us do not realize the damage we may be doing to our backs by not using proper posture.  The result…backaches, neck and limb pain.  Think about this, a person spends a third of their life sleeping!  An affordable means to eliminate back pain is to purchase a contour pillow or bed wedge.
