Take comfort in knowing you are not alone if you experience back pain during pregnancy. Reports verify that 50-70% of all women endure this same discomfort. Back pain can disrupt your daily routine or interfere with proper sleep at night. Plenty of rest is important during your pregnancy. How do I do that if my back aches? you may be asking! You should try to avoid sleeping on your back. Instead try sleeping on your left side and use a support pillow under your knees. Elevating your feet will also help your back.
