The actual “snoring” noise a person makes is mosty due to the vibrations of loose tissue in the back of the throat. What causes these vibrations? If airways in our nose and throat narrow while we sleep, the air being inhaled and exhaled has to push it’s way through a smaller passage. Good News! There are some causes of snoring that are within our control. One of those is our sleeping posture. Sleeping flat on your back allows the flesh of your throat to relax and block the airway. Say hello to the Snore-No-More pillow which will provide the firm healthy support you require!
